GREAT NEWS FROM ASCOT RACES!

We are delighted to announce that this weekend, Philly Goodall, one of the CDF team at LOW Associates, rode to victory in the charity horse race at the ‘Property Race Day 2022’, raising more than £5,400 for LandAid!

LandAid is the property industry based charity dedicated to ending youth homelessness in the UK. They bring together charities for young people who are, or have been homeless, or who are at risk of homelessness in the future.

Philly’s fantastic win at Ascot will help highlight the problem of youth homelessness which demands our special attention given that over 100,000 children and young people are living on the streets in the UK.

Philly was supported with some wonderful donations – surpassing the original funding goal of £5,000!

The Cambridgeshire Development Forum team is delighted to celebrate this victory with Philly. Our participation in a nation-wide event such as Property Race Day 2022 was indeed a privilege, but more than that, it was a wonderful opportunity to help young people in need.
