NEWS FROM CDF

Three Big Success Stories

Our representations to key decision makers have resulted in a number of key successes – namely:

a)     Securing our preferred option for the East West Rail route;

b)    Successful engagement with Ministers on the content of the Levelling-up Bill;

c)     Engagement with Homes England, with both on-going pressure on the East Cambs Single Issue Review; and through responses to the consultations on Infrastructure Levy and the NPPF, which all form key influences on housing and planning policies.

More new members

The CDF is a thriving and focused representative group of development professionals and those in related sectors in the property industry.  We have seen a very encouraging increase in our numbers over the past year, with new members joining on a regular basis, representing a wide range of related disciplines.

The launch of an exciting new concept in graduate career guidance

We are also excited to announce that we will be launching a new scheme to provide graduates in development/planning with career advice using an innovative, digitally-based approach.  More of that to come over the next few months.
